Privacy Policy
Job Lead Recovery provides missed-call lead recovery, messaging, qualification, follow-up and related business tools. This policy explains how information is collected, used and protected when businesses use Job Lead Recovery and when callers interact with Job Lead Recovery-enabled messaging.
Information we collect
Depending on how the service is used, we may process business account details, contact information, phone numbers, call and messaging metadata, message content, lead details, booking information, billing status, technical logs and information supplied during onboarding or support.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate Job Lead Recovery, recover missed-call opportunities, send and receive authorized messages, qualify leads, support bookings, maintain customer accounts, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot service issues, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Job Lead Recovery relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers for functions such as hosting, databases, communications and payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to Job Lead Recovery under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Messaging and consent
Businesses using Job Lead Recovery are responsible for using the service only with lawful authority and appropriate consent. A missed voice call by itself does not enroll a caller in automated SMS. Where missed-call text follow-up is offered, the recipient must be given an applicable opt-in choice before the first automated recovery SMS is sent. For a recipient who has already provided valid business-specific consent to the same service-request messaging program, Job Lead Recovery may rely on the stored consent for a later service request the recipient initiates with that same business unless the recipient has revoked consent. Messaging may include transactional follow-up, responses to inquiries and other communications connected to the recipient's request. Recipients can opt out by replying STOP where supported.
Mobile phone information and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to provide communications, hosting, security, payment or other operational services for Job Lead Recovery.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the customer's use of the service.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also protect their account access and devices.
Access, correction and deletion
Customers may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information associated with their Job Lead Recovery account, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

Privacy questions or requests can be sent to leadrecover.ai.ca@gmail.com.
This policy is intended as an operational privacy notice and may be updated as Job Lead Recovery's services and legal requirements evolve.
