1. How much will the service cost?
The approved launch price is $79 CAD per month plus applicable taxes, for one monthly package.
2. What does 150 AI minutes mean?
The planned monthly allowance is 150 AI calling minutes. The number of calls depends on how long each AI conversation lasts.
3. What are 75 SMS segments?
SMS segments are carrier usage units. One long text or a text with certain characters can count as multiple segments.
4. How will the seven-day trial work?
The approved plan is 7 days, 30 AI minutes and 15 SMS segments. Trial usage will stop when either allowance runs out unless you upgrade. Signups open after testing.
5. Can I avoid surprise overage charges?
That's the goal. Additional usage will be off by default, with optional spending caps and alerts. The controls must pass testing before launch.
6. What are the proposed extra usage rates?
$0.35 CAD per extra AI minute and $0.05 CAD per extra SMS segment, plus taxes, only with customer opt-in. Final activation follows cost and billing tests.
7. Is there a setup fee or a long contract?
The approved offer has no setup fee, no long-term contract, and allows cancellation at any time. Final subscription terms will state the effective cancellation date.
8. Will somebody help me get set up?
Guided setup is part of our intended customer experience. We'll confirm its full workflow before accepting new trial customers.
9. Can I use a Canadian local number?
Canadian number options are planned. Availability, local area coverage, and call routing must be confirmed before a number can be assigned.
10. What about customer information and privacy?
We'll provide clear information about how calls and customer details are handled before launch. Recording, messaging and privacy practices will be reviewed with qualified professionals.
